TREATMENT READINESS CASE MANAGEMENT

The newest addition to our program here at Project Aware is a Targeted Outreach program to substance using women and adolescents to facilitate access to drug/alcohol treatment through treatment readiness case management and supportive mental health services.

Under the direction of Robert B. Hitt the Program is managed by Patricia Garber, MSW, LCSW, currently offering services Monday thru Friday from 9am to 5pm, with other times available by appointment.

Eligibility for this program is limited to women and adolescents who are current substance users. Our services are free, but donations are gladly accepted.
