Project Aware - HIV/AIDS Services

Project Aware has been a leader in providing innovative services to people battling HIV in the greater Fall River community since 1989. Our case management program has led the way in providing quality case management for those living with HIV/AIDS while ensuring the greatest of utilization of resources. Our Integrated Counseling, Testing and Referral site offers comprehensive services addressing an individual’s risk for HIV, viral hepatitis and sexually transmitted infections (STI). Project Aware has spearheaded initiatives on Harm Reduction, No Wrong Door, Motivational Interviewing and Treatment Readiness Case Management.
