SSTAR’s CSP (Community Support Program) department includes Recovery Support Navigators (RSN) and Recovery Coaches. It focuses on SAMHSA’s four key dimensions that support a recovery-oriented life: Health, Home, Purpose, and Community. Our team helps clients identify and access community treatment and recovery resources, establish providers for primary and behavioral health, support clients in setting short-term and long-term goals, educate about substance use and relapse prevention, and assist in removing barriers to recovery. Â
Our team’s lived experience fosters client empowerment in their personal recovery journey, offering hope, guidance, motivation, and knowledge. We provide services to clients at all stages of their journey and promote multiple pathways of recovery.Â
