Stephanie Medeiros and Solange Rodrigues are the June Employees of the Month!
Stephanie has been with SSTAR for 11 years!
Stepanie is the Front Office Coordinator at Lifeline. She consistently displays a nonjudgemental and respectful attitude toward patients, creating a safe space for them to share their experiences in treatment decisions, which directly aligns with SSTAR’s value of respect. She focuses on how to help the patients and helps them navigate treatment both at Lifeline and with other community resources. Stephanie provides mentoring and guidance for new staff and is always willing to jump in and help with anything that needs to be done. She is solution focused and a problem solver who is always a team player!

Solange has been with SSTAR for over 5 year!
Solange is a housekeeper at SSTAR. She is hardworking, thorough, and always willing to jump in to help. Solange is extremely bright and organized. She is always willing to share her ideas and thoughts on making things more efficient to ensure that the buildings are kept clean for patients and staff alike. Most recently Solange has been stepping up in assisting the department through multiple transitions which last month led to her being asked to take on a senior role managing the schedules and work assignments of all housekeepers. She is warm and respectful of those who enter the doors here at SSTAR and has helped to create a warm environment.
