Laurie Rebello and Adam Carvara are June Employees of the Month!
Laurie has been a dedicated member of the SSTAR team for approximately sixteen years and currently serves as the Human Resources Generalist within the Human Resources Department.
She displays exceptional dedication to supporting and caring for employees. She is approachable, compassionate, and willing to help. Laurie takes the time to listen attentively, understand concerns, and provide thoughtful guidance and assistance.
Whether responding to questions, addressing challenges, or offering support, Laurie consistently goes above and beyond to ensure employees feel heard, valued, and supported. Her commitment to fostering a positive workplace environment has a meaningful impact on those around her, and her contributions make a difference every day. Laurie is truly deserving of this recognition.

Adam has been a valued member of the SSTAR team for nearly two years, serving as one of our IT Specialists
Adam is always willing to help with any computer-related issue and consistently makes himself available whenever assistance is needed. He patiently works through problems over the phone, no matter how long it takes to find a solution. When hands-on support is required, he goes directly to any of our sites, regardless of the weather, to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
Adam has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, sometimes helping individuals’ multiple times in a single day until the problem is fully resolved. His extensive knowledge of computers, combined with his dedication to providing excellent support, makes him an invaluable member of the team. What truly sets Adam apart is his positive attitude, he is always ready to assist with a smile and a joke, making even frustrating technical issues easier to handle.
