May Employees of the Month

We are excited to announce that:

Shalynn Santos and Cristiane Babine are May Employees of the Month!

Shay has been a dedicated member of SSTAR for the past ten years and has served as the Program Manager for our Inpatient Acute Treatment Services (ATS) over the last year.

She consistently steps in to support all aspects of Inpatient Services. Shay is knowledgeable, compassionate, and a reliable resource for both Acute Treatment Services (ATS) and Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS). She regularly goes beyond the scope of her role to ensure that Inpatient Services operate efficiently and effectively. Shay’s commitment to patient care is evident in her daily efforts to make sure individuals receive the support they need while maintaining smooth operations across the unit.

For these reasons, Shay truly deserves to be Employee of the Month.

 

Cristiane has been a dedicated member of SSTAR for nearly five years, serving as the Domestic Violence Advocate for The Women’s Center.

She is a compassionate and supportive advocate for domestic violence survivors, consistently making herself available to answer questions, promote safety, and help individuals rebuild their confidence. Cristiane is a tremendous asset to both the community and SSTAR. She is recognized as a top-tier colleague—calm, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand to her team.

For these reasons, Cristiane is a wonderful choice for Employee of the Month.
