Nancy Paull: City investment a key to fighting Fall River’s opioid epidemic

As CEO of SSTAR who had no wish to be involved in the politics of addiction, I feel I must respond to Marc Munroe Dion’s inane column, “Break theNP addiction to taxpayer money.” I understand his job is to not report but to be a rabble-rouser, but when his total ignorance overwhelms his free speech, I feel I cannot sit and just let it be the last word.  Click here for Herald News Letter to the Editor.
