Billing & Insurance

SSTAR accepts most commercial insurance as well as state-sponsored plans. For a complete list of all the insurances we accept, please click here for a full list.

If you do not have insurance one of our Navigators can assist with you choosing and signing up for a plan.

SSTAR offer sliding scale fee discounts. Discounts are based on your income and the number of people in your family who live with you.

You will not be denied services at SSTAR because of an inability to pay.

Online Bill Pay

If you have received a bill from SSTAR for medical or behavioral health services, you are able to pay your bill online. Click the “Pay Now” option to pay your bill online.

Interpreter Services

SSTAR is committed to providing linguistically and culturally appropriate services to our patients, families, and providers.  We offer in-person, telephonic, and remote video interpretation services free of charge to patients. Our certified in-person interpreters speak English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole. For other languages we utilize remote interpreter services, over 350 languages are available.

If a patient is deaf or hard of hearing, our interpreter services interpret ASL (American Sign Language) using remote video.

Stanley Street Treatment and Resources is committed to providing exceptional care and services to our patients.  Each of our programs are part of your health care team.  We work together to make sure your needs are met.

If at any time you are unhappy with the care you receive at SSTAR please let us know.  You can do this by Online Complaint Form or by phone at 508-689-6200.  Patient complaint forms are located at the reception areas throughout the agency.  If you’d rather, you can request to speak with the programs Director.
